Nikki Vaughan-Kirchhauser, Assistant Rider and Trainer
Nikki Vaughan-Kirchhauser is the lead assistant rider and trainer for Jordan Linstedt Eventing. Nikki has competed through the Intermediate level and has proven success in starting young horses and competing. Along with riding Nikki often helps in coaching both at home and at competitions, helping clients reach their goals. Most recently Nikki competed several of Jordans horses to top finished at Aspen Farms Spring International Event 2024.
Maddie Baumann, Head Groom
Maddie Baumann is the Head Groom and Assistant of Jordán Linstedt Eventing. Maddie has been with the team for over 10 years and is best explained as the righthand girl. From grooming, to riding, competing, barn management and occasional instructing Maddie does it all. Maddie spent the 2020 season competing the JLE horses through the preliminary level. She takes incredible care of all the team horses to ensure they are fit and ready to compete at the international level. In 2023 Maddie was awarded the Above an Beyond Event Personnel Award by the USEA.
Kelsey Brant-Holthenrichs, PR and Sponsorship
Kelsey Brant-Holthenrichs is the head of PR and sponsorship. Kelsey is a vital asset to the JLE team and handles everything from assisting Jordán and Maddie daily to managing competitions, sponsorships, and everything else that goes on behind the scenes. Kelsey has competed through the prelim level and aspires to pursue her own goals of riding through the international levels.
